Each condiment in the Just A Splash range has been crafted to offer the optimal blend of alcohol and seasoning to enhance the flavours of all your favourite sweet and savoury dishes - from Marsala Saltimbocca to Sherry Trifle. 

 

Unlike other cooking alcohols, Just A Splash has been formulated to contain a slightly lower ABV (alcohol by volume), which greatly benefits the cooking process. It allows the natural flavours of the dish to come through, without being overpowered by the taste of alcohol. After all, contrary to popular belief, not all the alcohol burns off. In fact, when you flambé, 75 percent of it is retained!

 

Just A Splash is excellent for making sauces or enhancing casseroles and stews; it is also incredibly versatile in baking and sweet dishes.
